Why choose us

Outpatient care in Arlington, Virginia — serving the greater DC-Maryland-Virginia area

Our Arlington center serves Washington, DC, Alexandria, Falls Church, McLean, Fairfax, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Rockville, and surrounding communities. In-person care in Arlington is open to Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC residents; telehealth is available to Virginia residents only.

Evidence-Based Care, Not Guesswork

Clinical decisions are backed by research, not trends. We use proven therapies and track outcomes so you can see what is actually working.

A Plan Built Around You, Not a Template

Your history, goals, and schedule shape the plan. No two treatment paths here are the same because no two people are the same.

Treated as a Person, Not a Number

You are not a chart. Our team builds real relationships, checks in between sessions, and adjusts with you as life changes.

Whole-Person Care

Mental health, substance use, sleep, relationships, nutrition, and purpose are treated together — not as separate problems.

Your Voice in Your Own Treatment

You help set goals and pace. Informed choice and shared decision-making are part of every plan we build.

In-person treatment in Arlington, VA, open to Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC residents. Telehealth is available only to patients located in Virginia — including Richmond, Virginia Beach, Charlottesville, and Roanoke — because our clinicians are licensed in Virginia.

Our programs

Outpatient addiction & mental health treatment in Virginia

Evidence-based care, personalized to where you actually are in recovery — not where a brochure says you should be.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Our most structured outpatient level of care — 6 hours a day, 5 days a week of clinical programming, holistic care, and therapy while you sleep in your own bed each night.

5 days/week · 6 hrs/day

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Group and individual therapy three to five times a week, with morning and evening tracks so treatment fits around work, school, and family.

Medication Management

MAT with Suboxone, Vivitrol, and naltrexone for substance use, plus psychiatric medication management for depression, anxiety, and other conditions. Medication is part of a plan, not the whole plan.

What we treat

Outpatient treatment for addiction and mental health

We treat substance use and mental health conditions together in Arlington, VA. In-person care is open to Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC residents; telehealth is available to Virginia residents only.

Dual-diagnosis care

We treat both, together

Addiction and mental health conditions often overlap. When someone is living with both, treating one without the other rarely lasts. Our Arlington team provides integrated dual-diagnosis treatment that addresses substance use and mental health at the same time, so recovery can be complete and sustainable.

Where we serve

In-person care at our Arlington outpatient center for Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC residents. Telehealth available to Virginia residents only.

How it works

Recovery starts in three steps

Most people who reach out aren't sure what level of care they need. Our process is built to remove the guesswork, move quickly, and make sure the next step feels clear.

  1. 01

    Call or send a message

A free, confidential assessment with a clinician — not a call center. Zero pressure, even if you're only gathering information. We listen to what's happening now and what you've already tried, so nothing gets missed.

  2. 02

    We verify your insurance

Our admissions team confirms your benefits and tells you exactly what's covered before you begin anything. No surprise bills, no waiting days for an answer. If you don't have insurance, we'll talk through self-pay options too.

  3. 03

    Start your plan

You begin a treatment plan built around your diagnosis, your schedule, and the life you're trying to get back to. Whether that's PHP, IOP, outpatient care, or a higher level of care through a trusted partner, your path is matched to you — not the other way around.
